Identify the action shown on your account
A disabled login, temporary suspension and feature restriction can lead to different review options. Keep the full notice, username, date and any previous case reference. If you can still sign in, check Account Status rather than assuming an appeal form shared online applies to your account.
Prepare one consistent review request
Use the review path displayed in Instagram when it is available and provide genuine ownership information. Submit identity material only through the official flow if requested. If you manage a business account, record which administrator still has access; a business asset issue may need separate attention from a personal login issue.
Check for account takeover as well
An unexpected change to the linked email, mobile number or password suggests a compromise rather than only a suspension. Secure the email and follow the hacked-account route if that is what happened. Keep the platform response and avoid anyone who asks for OTPs or guarantees a successful appeal.
When the review option is missing
Read the exact notice again: a disabled login, removed post and restricted feature may each have a different appeal path. Note the reason, any time limit and case reference shown in your account. If a review was already rejected, look for new evidence responsive to that reason before resubmitting. Do not buy a purported private appeal route.
