Read the exact account notice
A disabled account, a temporarily suspended account and a feature restriction are not the same problem. Save the full notice, username, date and any previous case number before trying another route. If you can still sign in, check Account Status for the action that is actually available to your account.
Use the review route shown to you
When Instagram offers a review in the app, follow that route with consistent ownership details and genuine documents only if requested. A form someone else used may not apply to your notice. Repeated submissions with conflicting explanations can make your case harder to understand, not faster.
Protect access while you wait
If the email or phone linked to the account changed without your permission, secure those accounts first and use Instagram’s compromised-account process instead of treating it as an ordinary suspension. Keep the submission confirmation. No independent service can promise that Meta will reverse its decision.
If no review button appears
Do not pay for a supposed hidden appeal link. Check whether the notice concerns a disabled login, a removed post or only one restricted feature; each can surface a different review option. Record the exact wording and any deadline shown on your screen. If an earlier review was denied, read that decision before sending new material so you can address the stated reason rather than repeat the same request.
