Scope and data minimisation
AccoraHQ processes only the contact, case, platform, contract, transaction and technical information reasonably needed to assess and deliver an agreed service. We do not sell personal data.
Credentials and sensitive material
Passwords, recovery details or identity documents are handled only when necessary and expressly authorised. Never send passwords, one-time codes or complete identity documents through public or insecure channels.
How information is used and shared
Information may be used for assessment, contracting, delivery, fraud prevention and legal compliance, and shared only as needed with relevant platforms, payment or escrow providers, infrastructure providers and professional advisers. Cross-border processing may occur.
Retention, security and your rights
Reasonable access controls, secure transmission and data minimisation are used. Information is deleted, anonymised or restricted when no longer needed, subject to contractual, dispute, accounting and legal retention duties. Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction and withdrawal of consent.
